    Each fabric print is custom-made, fabric prints are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

    2. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?

    Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with a few photos of the issue.

    We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

    3. Will my uploaded image look clear when printed? What file specs do you recommend?

    For the best results, we recommend using high-resolution images at 72 DPI or higher.

    We accept JPG, PNG, SVG, and PDF files. If an image is below the recommended resolution, you may see a gentle warning during upload to help you decide before placing your order.
