Framilie Terms and Conditions

1. Welcome to Framilie.com

Thank you for visiting framilie.com, owned and operated by Sozen Inc. (DBA Framilie) (“Framilie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

We design, print, and deliver custom fabric art frames that bring warmth and creativity into homes.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain your rights and obligations when you use our website, make a purchase, upload content, or interact with us.

By using our site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice (which explains how we handle your information).

If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

 

2. Eligibility and Account Security

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your state) to place orders or create an account.

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized use, email support@framilie.com immediately.

 

3. Our Products and Customization Services

Framilie offers modular fabric-print wall frames, refill prints, and related accessories.

Because every item is made to order, minor variations in color, texture, or size may occur.

We do our best to show accurate images, but lighting and screen settings can affect appearance.

Product descriptions and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products anytime.

 

4. Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Full payment is required at checkout through secure providers like Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Stripe.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• your information is accurate and complete;

• you’re authorized to use the payment method provided; and

• your order complies with these Terms.

Framilie may decline or cancel orders (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors). If we cancel after charging you, we’ll refund the full amount for those items.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

We pack each order with care. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout but not guaranteed since carriers control transit times.

Please provide an accurate shipping address; if a package is returned for incorrect details, you may be charged additional shipping to resend.

Once an order leaves our facility, risk of loss transfers to you. If your package arrives damaged, contact support@framilie.com within 7 days with photos.

 

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made, they can’t be returned or refunded for change of mind.

We happily remake or replace items that arrive defective or damaged—just email support@framilie.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours unless production has already begun. After printing starts, cancellation may not be possible.

 

7. Your Uploaded Content (User Content)

When you upload photos or designs (“Content”), you confirm that you own or have permission to use them; they don’t infringe others’ rights or contain unlawful or offensive material.

You retain ownership of your Content but grant Framilie a limited, non-exclusive license to print, process, and deliver your order.

We never use your images for marketing without your explicit written consent. We may decline Content that violates law or these Terms.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All text, photos, logos, graphics, and designs on framilie.com are owned or licensed by Sozen Inc. (DBA Framilie) and protected by U.S. and international laws.

You may browse and purchase for personal use only. Nothing may be copied or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

 

9. Pricing and Promotions

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and exclude tax and shipping unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors or change offers without notice. Discounts can’t be combined unless specified.

 

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don’t guarantee that our site will always run error-free.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sozen Inc. (DBA Framilie) and its directors, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price you paid for the item in question. Some states don’t allow certain limitations, so those laws may apply to you.

 

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sozen Inc. (DBA Framilie) and its staff from any claims or costs (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party right.

 

13. Third-Party Links and Tools

Our site may link to third-party sites or apps (e.g., payment gateways, design tools, social media). We provide these for convenience and don’t control their content or policies. Use them at your own risk.

 

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to our services will be settled by binding arbitration in Orange County, California, under the American Arbitration Association rules. Both parties waive jury trials and class actions to the extent permitted by law.

 

15. Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable law. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

 

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last Updated” date above. Continuing to use our site after changes means you accept them.
