Yes! You can machine wash the fabric on a gentle cycle with cold water. For best results, please air dry only (no tumble drying) to help maintain its shape and color.
When you’re ready to switch out your print, simply fold it gently along its natural edges and store it in a cool, dry, and shaded place — away from direct sunlight, heat, or moisture. This helps preserve both the fabric’s shape and the vividness of the colors, so it’s ready to shine again whenever you bring it back out.
Our fabric prints are designed for indoor display, where they look their best and maintain their quality over time.
While we don’t recommend long-term outdoor use, they can be used for short-term or occasional setups (such as events or photos) with care. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, or rain may cause fading or damage.
We work hard to ensure the colors you see online closely match the final print. However, differences in screen brightness, contrast, and device settings may cause slight variations. If your print doesn’t look quite as expected, please don’t hesitate to reach out to support@framilie.com — we’ll do our best to make it right.

Every fabric print is made to perfectly fit your existing Framilie frame — just be sure to select the same size as your frame when ordering. Then pick, swap, and enjoy!
We accept JPG, PNG, SVG and PDF files. To get the best results, your image should be at least 72 DPI. Files below this threshold may trigger a warning during upload, and could result in a final print that lacks the clarity and detail needed for a good finish on fabric.

Yes! By default, your cart is saved for 14 days. Each time you revisit, the 14-day period resets—so you can come back anytime and continue where you left off. Simply click the cart icon at the top right of the homepage to reopen your design and finish your order whenever it’s convenient for you.

The first time you set it up, it usually takes about 5-8 minutes to assemble the frame and insert the print. After that, changing to a new print is quick and simple—just about 1–2 minutes.

Our frames are designed to be lightweight and easy to handle—typically around 2 to 6 lbs. depending on the size.

Framilie products may ship from different locations depending on the item. Frames are typically sent from our West Coast warehouse, while fabric prints are produced and shipped from our Midwest print facility.
Because of this, your items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number — no worries, this is completely normal!
With standard shipping, both packages typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. If you choose expedited shipping, your delivery timeframe will follow the option selected at checkout.
Sometimes carriers may mark packages as delivered slightly early. We recommend waiting 24 hours and checking around your home or with neighbors — many packages turn up shortly after.
